Great for bread and butter sounds and those GM patches no sample library producer seem to make anymore.Īcoustic Guitar Collection 2 - Very nice collection of guitar sounds. Omnisynth - Very nice GM bank with sounds that are actually useable in a final mix. Definitely a go to for quickly finding a piano that fits your mix and mood. Pianos - I like these a lot! Even if I probably wouldn't use them for a classical piece of solo piano they sit very nicely in a mix and contains a great amount of different piano sounds.

If one is willing to work a little on them the kits are cool though. Drums need quite a bit processing to get phat and punchy though and one should be able to expect great drums straight out the box from a hiphop library. Hiphop instruments - Some really nice instruments and good subfolder structure. I think this library would be much more useful if it contained subfolders with instrument type as the names say pretty much nothing.

There are some really good sounds though and not all of them are pads, just to let everybody know.

Banjos and Bodhran are very hard to get good samples ofĬinematic - Well, nice sounds but how many variations of an evolving pad will I need and I could do them myself in some of my synths. World Instruments - Some very nice and useable sounds. If I didn't have majestic this could well be a go to library though. Weirdīass - nice and very good variation of sounds (no articulations though) but will probably not use it much after getting Independence pro with the amazing sounds from Majestic. On edit - In the User Area it indicates that I registered SampleTank 2 XT on.
